The 77-year-old cited the behavior of the president and its approval by top officials as the primary reasons for her departure. Following her resignation email, Rauch-Kallat received an automated response stating the message had been deleted unread. She has since joined the Economic Federation of Upper Austria. Despite leaving the Vienna federation, Rauch-Kallat remains a member of the Vienna Chamber of Commerce because of her status as an entrepreneur in the city. Martha Schultz currently serves as the President and Chairwoman of the federal Economic Federation, while Tanja Graf holds the position of Secretary General.
